AN ACT Repealing part of section four of "An act to authorize the councils of the city of Pittsburgh to compromise with the holders of bonds of said city, issued in payment of subscription to the capital stock of certain railroad companies," approved April eleventh, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two. Section 1. Be it enacted, &c., That so much of section four of an act of assembly of this Commonwealth, entitled "An act to authorize the councils of the city of Pittsburgh to compromise with the holders of bonds of said city, issued in payment of subscription to the capital stock of certain railroad companies," approved the eleventh day of April, Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two, reading as follows, namely: "All revenues, not otherwise appropriated, and all unexpended balances of the regular appropriations, shall become a part of the sinking fund of said city," be and the same is hereby repealed.
