Pirsig, of Minneapolis, Minn., Dean of the Law School of the University of Minnesota, be, and he hereby is, appointed a member of the Advisory Committee, appointed by the order of June 3, 1935, 295 U. S. 774, and designated as a continuing Committee to advise the Court with respect to amendments or additions to the Rules of Civil Procedure for the District Courts of the United States, by the order of January 5, 1942, 314 U. S. 720, in the place of Wilbur H. Cherry, deceased.
