Delightful Climate, Beautiful Scenery, and the most hospitable People in America.

At the many prettily situated towns in the Annapolis Valley, tourists can spend the summer in a cozy retreat in a very inexpensive manner. The bracing air, filled with pure ozone, is the greatest appetizer in the world, and has made the "Land of Evangeline" famous as a health resort. The poet Longfellow, in "Evangeline," has only faintly outlined its manifold charms.

and positively guarantee that the best $50.00 Hair Mattress made is not its equal in cleanliness, durability, or comfort. We sell on the distinct agreement that you may return it at our expense and get your money back (without dispute) if not satisfactory in every possible way at the end of THIRTY NIGHTS' FREE TRIAL. This is what we mean by our now famous phrase

"SENT ON SUSPICION”

We have advertised in all the leading magazines for years, selling thousands of mattresses, and not ten returned unsatisfactory as yet. If you are skeptical about its merits, or don't need one now, send for our handsome illustrated pamphlet, "The Test of Time," mailed free for the asking. It gives full particulars. Rev. Dr. JOSEPH A. SEISS, Philadelphia, Pa., 1338 Spring Garden Street, Messrs. OSTERMOOR & Co. January 10, 1900. SIBS-I have had one of your Patent Elastic Felt Mattresses in constant use for twenty-eight years past; it is not in the least matted down, but is just as soft, clean, and elastic as when new, although the ticking is very badly worn and giving way rapidly now, so that I think recovering is necessary.

I certainly would not have a mattress for personal use except the Ostermoor Patent Elastic Felt, for there is not, to my knowledge, anything so satisfactory and enduring as your mattress possible to be obtained. Surely the sight of this twentyeight-year-old mattress and my remarkable experience must convince doubters, if any are left.

My experience, wonderful as it is, I understand is not excep tional, but that am only one among many so happily favored with such a blessing during the last quarter of this, the Nineteenth Century. JOSEPH A. SEISS, D.D.

CHURCH CUSHIONS
We make and renovate them quickly, thor-
oughly, and cheaper than you imagine. They
are in use in OVER 25,000 CHURCHES.
Read Rev. Dr. R. S. MacArthur's Opinion:
CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH, New York,
Messrs. OSTERMOOR & Co.
February 6, 1900.
DEAR SIRS:-It gives me much pleasure to say that the
Patent Elastic Felt Cushions, put by your Company into
the Calvary Baptist Church forty-seven years ago, are
still in most excellent condition, and I can very heartily
recommend them. They still retain their elasticity, and
are free from moth and vermin of every sort.

They have preserved their shape better, and are, in my judgment, in every way more desirable than cushions made of any other material offered to the public.

The Cushions were put in the church long before I became a preacher. Of their present condition I can judge, In regard to the length of time they have been in use, and the satisfaction they have universally given, the officers of the church are my authority.

We found the Cushions, after so many years' constant use, in such good condition that upon going into our new church in December, 1883, we had you recover them, and they are to-day certainly as good as new. R. S. MACARTHUR, D.D., Pastor. Send for our book, "Church Cushions"-sent free.
