Let somebody or some body in each State not included above get a Christian lawyer to make a brief of laws on liquors, Sunday, gambling, impurity, divorce, and the like. The Bureau will help circulate it, but friends of morals in the State should pay the cost of printing, which would be $17.00 for first thousand, $5.00 for each extra thousand. Such a brief should be sent to all preachers in the State and to other moral leaders. The Bureau will do this mailing at $12.50 per 1000 for postage, envelopes, and addressing.
