I have compared sections 361 and 870 of the Code of Civil Procedure as amended by Chapters 63 and 299 of the Laws of 1878, and do hereby certify, that the same are correct transcripts therefrom and of the whole of said original sections. I further certify, that section 830 of the Code of Civil Procedure was repealed by Chapter 166 of the Laws of 1878.
