Other Information. This has been a good year in St. Stephen's Parish. More money has been raised, services better attended, Parish activities extended. More children have. been reached by our day school, and they have been well instructed, religiously. Even the large number of Easter communicants of a year ago was exceeded this Easter Day, the total number being seventy-six, the highest record in the Parish history. The number of communicants given in the table above represents actual communicants.

Other Information.-On the first of June, 1897. the Parish relinquished all Missionary aid and became self-sustaining and independent. The condition and prospects of the Parish are encouraging, and the Rector gladly testifies to the cordial co-operation and substantial support of the people in all his efforts.

The sum of $111.79 is now deposited in the Philadelphia Saving Fund, which will be appropriated for the partial payment of the mortgage now resting on the Rectory.

Other Information.-From December 26, 1897, until April 1, 1898, the services were discontinued as per arrangement with the Convocation of Chester. Last Easter (1897) the Priest in charge, Rev. G. Heathcote Hills, gave up the charge, and Thomas Louis Ogier (who for six years was Lay-reader under Rev. Mr. Hills) was appointed by the Bishop a3 Layreader in charge.

During the year there have been forty-one services and six celebrations. The celebrations were all in the morning and consequently there were two services on those Sundays. Those who have served the Parish were: Rev. W. W. Mills, Advent, Kennett Square, 4 times; Rev. G. R. Miller, of Calvary, Rockdale, 1; Archdeacon C. T. Brady, I. The services conducted by the Lay-reader, Thos. Louis Ogier, were 35.

Some Choir boys of Holy Trinity, West Chester, have visited St. Luke's every Sunday and sang. For this kindness the congregation presented them for their annual outing, silverware amounting to $10, as a mark of their appreciation for services.

On May 1, 1898, a Sunday School was organized.
