nection with the conduct of the business of the second party. Fifteenth. When the parties hereto employ the same agent, the receipt of the express messenger on the train shall constitute the delivery to the party of the second part, and the receipt of the party to whom addressed or his representative shall constitute a delivery to the first party of all matter from and for said party. Sixteenth. As the object of this agreement is to obtain for the parties in interest advantageous results, and to serve the public to best advantage, mutual co-operation is hereby pledged, and each will assist the other in the effort to obtain the result desired. Seventeenth. This agreement shall take effect on the fifteenth day of February, 1894, and shall remain in effect and full force for a period of five years therefrom, and shall be continued thereafter and until ninety days notice in writing is given by either party of its intention or desire to terminate the same.
