whose term expires in January, 1913, it shall not be filled, and the Supreme Court shall, after such vacancy occurs, consist of five members to be elected as provided by law.

Sec. 2. This Act shall become a law upon its passage and approval by the Governor.

CHAPTER 6170-(No. 51).

AN ACT to Authorize the Secretary of State and Clerk of
the Supreme Court to Furnish Certain Books for the
Board of Control for the Use of the Law School at the
University of Florida.

Be it Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

Section 1. The Secretary of State is hereby authorized and directed to furnish two bound copies of the General Statutes of the State of Florida, two bound copies of the Acts of the Legislature of 1907, two bound copies of the Acts of the Legislature of 1909, three bound copies of the Acts of the Legislature of 1911, to the Board of Control for the use of the School of Law at the University of Florida, the said books shall be furnished without cost to the Board of Control or the said Law School.

Sec. 2. The Clerk of the Supreme Court of the State of preme Court Florida is hereby authorized and directed to furnish the Board of Control two complete bound sets of the Florida Supreme Court Reports, and to furnish three bound copies of every volume of said reports, after the same are issued and published, for the use of the School of Law of the University of Florida. The said Clerk of the Supreme Court is further authorized and directed to transmit to said School of Law, any law books coming into his possession for the Supreme Court which are not necessary for said court. The Clerk of said court is to furnish said Supreme Court Reports, and said law books, without cost to the Board of Control, or the said Law School.

Sec. 3. All laws and parts of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act be, and the same are hereby repealed.

Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Governor.

CHAPTER 6171-(No. 52).

AN ACT Regulating the Time for Holding the Terms of the Circuit Courts of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida.

Be it Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

Section 1. That from and after the passage of this Act, Terms of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida court. shall convene for the Spring Term at the County Site of Pasco County, on the first Tuesday in April of each year; at the County Site of Hillsborough County, on the first Tuesday in May of each year.

Sec. 2. The Circuit Court shall convene for the Fall Term at the County Site of Pasco County, on the first Tuesday in October of each year; at the County Site of Hillsborough County, on the first Tuesday in November of each year.

Sec. 3. Nothing in this Act shall in any way interfere with cases and other matters now pending before the Judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of this State at the present term of Hillsborough County, and said court is hereby authorized and instructed to continue the present term of said court until all matters coming before said court at the present term are disposed of, and it is hereby declared that all matters and things done by said court at its present term are done at a regular term of said

court.

Sec. 4. This Act shall go into effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Governor.

CHAPTER 6172-(No. 53).

AN ACT to Repeal Chapter 5919, Acts of 1909, Being "An Act to Provide for Clerical Aid for the Judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, and Fixing the Pay for Same.

Be it Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

Section 1. That Chapter 5919, of the Laws of Florida, approved June 7, 1907, entitled "An Act to provide for Clerical aid for the Judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, and fixing the pay for same," be, and the same is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. That this Act shall take effect on the 10th day of June, 1911.

AN ACT to Prescribe the Time for Holding the Terms of
the Circuit Courts in and for the First, Second, Third,
Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth and
Eleventh Judicial Circuits of the State of Florida.

Be it Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

Section 1. That the time for holding the terms of the Circuit Courts in and for the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh Judicial Circuits of the State of Florida, shall be as here inafter fixed. There shall be two regular terms of the said courts held in each county composing the Second. Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth and Tenth Circuits, each year, to be known as the Spring and Fall Terms, and there shall be three regular terins of the said court held in each of the counties of the First and Eleventh Circuits each year, to be known as the Winter,

Spring and Fall Terms, to be held at the County Seat of the respective counties, at the following times:

Sec. 2. First Judicial Circuit

WINTER TERMS.

Walton County, second Monday in January.

Santa Rosa County, second Monday after the second

Monday in January.

Escambia County, second Monday in February.

SPRING TERMS.

Walton County, second Monday in May.

Santa Rosa County, second Monday after the Second

Monday in May.

Escambia County, second Monday in June.

FALL TERMS.

Walton County, second Monday in September.
Santa Rosa County, second Monday after the second

Monday in September.
