THE Seventh Triennial Session of the National Council will be held with Plymouth Church, Worcester, Mass., beginning Wednesday, Oct. 9, 1889.

The moderators hold office until their successors are chosen ; and the presiding moderator appoints certain committees, at the opening of the next session. The following officers and committees were appointed for the next three years:
