Kansas Municipalities for August contains an extended article by Arthur H. Heeder of Kansas City on "Municipal Landing Fields for Ameri can Cities," which contains important information and suggestions with reference to landing-field specifications. In Minneapolis and other cities the question of an air police force has been discussed, but so far no definite steps towards establishment have been taken. Community Trusts.
