Y., will be published hereafter by Public Utilities Reports, Inc., 20 Exchange Street, Rochester, N. Y. Through the courtesy of the former publishers, Mr. H. C. Spurr, Editor of the publication from the beginning, and his entire editorial staff have been transferred to the new corporation. The E. R. Andrews Printing Company of Rochester, N. Y., manufacturers of the Reports from the beginning, will also continue in that capacity. There will therefore be no change in the editorial policy or in the standard of production. The new plan under which the Reports will be issued has been approved by the Committee on Publication of Decisions and Orders of State Commissions of the National Association of Railway and Utilities Commissioners. |
