ORDINANCE NO. 61 AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT CODIFIED ORDINANCE NO. I OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO, AS PRINTED AND PUBLISHED IN BOOK FORM. The Council of the City of Palo Alto do ordain as follows: That certain ordinance known as Codified Ordinance No. 1 of the City of Palo Alto (being a codification of ordinances that had been previously duly and regularly passed), was adopted and duly passed at a regular adjourned meeting of the Council on the 26th day of June, 1911, and said Codified Ordinance No. 1, together with all corrections, alterations and amendments thereto subsequently passed, is hereby adopted as printed and published and introduced in book form, this 13th day of November, 1911. The City Clerk is hereby directed to post this ordinance on the bulletin-board at the City Hall, and the same shall go into effect immediately. Duly passed as above set forth by the following vote: Ayes-Ackley, Congdon, Downing, Henry, Hettinger, Hyde, Jordan, La Peire, Millis, Mosher, Thoits, Umphreys, Vail, Vandervoort. Noes: None.
