You, dear children, have many loving friends, who think much about you, and look to God through Jesus for what will best bless you; and in these pages you will find the results of their active efforts and fervent prayers. The Dew-Drop seeks your highest happiness-viz., the eternal safety and prosperity of your precious souls; therefore, we hope as you read over these lessons of Divine love, that you will not fail to see the way to be for ever happy. If you read to the end, and not understand how you are to be saved, then we fear you have not thought much about what is written. Do read so as to understand, and you shall be led often in spirit to think of Jesus, your own kind, good Jesus-who took little ones in his arms, laid bis hands gently upon them, and blessed them. The Dew-Drop still continues to be much loved and read. Its circulation is extensive, and it finds its humble way into every continent and clime.
