I, JAMES E. CALLAWAY, Secretary of the Territory of Montana, do hereby certify that the printed laws, joint memorials, and joint resolutions contained in this volume are true, correct, and full copies of all the enrolled laws, joint memorials, and joint resolutions that were passed at the tenth regular session of the Legislative Assembly of said Territory, begun and held at the town of Helena, the capital of said Territory, on the 8th day of January, A. D. 1877, and ending on the 16th day of February, A. D. 1877, with the exceptions of corrections in orthography, punctuation, and omissions inserted in brackets.
