Cleanliness and perfect sanitation demand that the bath tub, lavatory and water closet have a surface that is hard, smooth and absolutely nonporous. "Standard" Porcelain Enamel provides these features in the highest possible degree and is the only material which will not craze or crack with long usage. Every piece bears our guarantee label (printed in green and gold) and has the trade-mark "Standard" or the initials "S. S. M. Co." cast in relief on the exterior. None others are genuine.

Apprentice Electrician to Superintendent through the I. C. S. I.C.S.

When I took up the I. C. S. training in electrical engineering I was an apprentice in an electrical instrument-making establishment. As I proceeded with my studies, I advanced in my work and soon raised myself to be instrument maker. Later, I accepted a better paying position as a designer of arc lamps. Here I advanced very rapidly and was soon put in charge of the testing room. I left this place to accept a position as electrician with the Long Island Railroad's trolley line at Rockaway Beach, and a month later was placed in charge. My salary is now seven times as much as when I enrolled. ROBERT W. BRODMAN,

22 Second Ave., College Point, N. Y. Mark X before the position you want, fill in and send us the coupon; we will explain our plan by return mail. DO IT NOW!
