DRAFT OF "MODEL TRUST COMPANY § 1. Capital. The capital stock of any trust company organized under this act in a place having a population of six thousand inhabitants or less, shall not be less than fifty thousand dollars; in a city of more than six thousand and not more than fifty thousand inhabitants, shall not be less than one hundred thousand dollars; in a city of more than fifty thousand and not more than two hundred thousand inhabitants, shall not be less than two hundred thousand dollars; in a city of more than two hundred thousand and not more than three hundred thousand inhabitants, shall not be less than three hundred thousand dollars; in a city of more than three hundred thousand and not more than four hundred thousand inhabitants, shall not be less than four hundred thousand dollars; and in a city of more than four hundred thousand inhabitants shall not be less than five hundred thousand dollars. No corporation organized under this act shall create more than one class of stock.
