Bardzo dobre dzieło, a niedoceniane, głównie dlatego, że rzadko ktoś po nie sięga i tylko powtarza opinie innych bez przeczytania go w całości. Fragmenty były tłumaczone na polski przez Juliusza Żuławskiego. Nie wiem, czy Darasz coś z tego robił, ale jeśli już to bardzo niewielki fragment. Inni chyba nic z tego dramatu nie tłumaczyli.

It's the original Adams family, starring uncle Festus full of great ideas for the young man promising wealth and power by killing his beloved to inherit her property but then isolate and appropriate that wealth from him and leave the young man incarcerated tormented by his regrets and pineing for the touch of his murdered love. Many memorable dialogues as with other Brownings works.
