A bill to be entitled "An act to amend articles 2578 and 2581 of chapter ten (10) of the Re- vised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas, and to add thereto article 2589a, providing for hypothecation of lands belonging to an estate in the hands of a guardian; and article 2589b, providing for the novation of existing indebtedness of estates in guardianship."
