A T the Annual meeting of the Association held on the 17th of At a meeting of the Executive Committee, held immediately after the adjournment of the Annual meeting, Mr. Wheeler was unanimously re-elected Chairman, and Mr. Potts, Secretary. On nomination by Mr. Potts, Col. Burt was unanimously elected Treasurer. It is with regret that we have to record the loss during the year by death of two Vice-Presidents of the Association, the Hon. Orlando B. Potter, and the Hon. John Jay, both of them for many years active and useful members of the Association, and the latter the first President of the State Civil Service Commission.
