WHEREAS, he has placed on the pay-roll of that Department members of his own family, and they have drawn pay for very little, if any, work for the benefit of the State; and WHEREAS, he has drawn pay on his expense account from month to month for gas, oil, car storage and meals, while living in Oklahoma City; and WHEREAS, his work shows that he is incompetent, unqualified and knows nothing about co-operative work, or the duties of his office; and WHEREAS, he neglects his work, being in the office only an hour or two a day, and many days not being in the office at any time; and WHEREAS, we believe him to be immoral, corrupt and unqualified to fill this position; We, therefore request that the Market Commission Board remove J.
