ONCE more our loving Father in heaven has favoured us to preface another Volume of our sweet little magazine for our thousands of young readers. We can imagine the bright gleam of thought and pleasure lighting those dear faces when they see another book of pearly DewDrops. We can hear the loud ringing laugh of the merry girls, as well as the rough shouts of active boys, as they welcome their monthly favourite, and clasp its golden leaves to their delighted hearts! We can think, too, of not a few, who will gladly read these pretty pages to their little friends, and seek to make the Dew-Drop more widely known; whilst many more will be led to search anew the Word of God to find out answers to the numerous "Scripture Acrostics." There are parents, too, who will look into our new Volume with tearful eyes, and read the last words of their dear departed children. By such this Volume will be treasured, and often read to those who are left behind. The good kind Jesus, whose great love our tiny pages seek to reveal, has taken many of our little readers this year to Himself, and they are now in glory brighter than the brightest of earth's dewy gems!
