MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE STATE HORTICULTURAL ASSOCIATION.

Tuesday, January 14, 1902, 2.30 P. M.

The forty-third annual meeting was held at Bloomsburg, Pa., January 14-15, 1902.

The President, Howard A. Chase, called the meeting to order at 2.30 P. M., and after the reading and approval of minutes of last annual meeting, on motion of Mr. Snavely, a committee consisting of H. C. Snavely, T. C. Foster, Wm. H. Moon, C. P. Scholl and A. W. Root was appointed by the chair to nominate candidates for the several offices for 1902.

Treasurer Samuel C. Moon being absent, his annual report was submitted by Wm. H. Moon, and read by the Secretary. It was referred to an auditing committee of three, who subsequently reported the statements correct.
