Learning to manage time well is a crucial skill that can easily make or break a person's success. Time Management Training helps trainers develop and conduct workshops to teach time management skills to others—and to help them toward a more successful (and less stressful) future.

Workshop participants will become aware of their time management behaviors and then change habits and develop the new skills needed to be more effective time managers. They'll also find out how to deal with time-control issues like procrastination, interruptions, effective delegation, and email.

This guidebook is designed to help you train people in large or small groups, or in individual coaching sessions. You'll find complete information on key concepts, as well as sample training designs and materials for assessing learners' needs, setting goals, and conducting workshops.
